Manchester United's Adnan Januzaj could play for England from 2018 under Fifa's five-year residency requirement, as he has yet to commit to another country.
Midfielder Januzaj, 18, is eligible for Belgium, Serbia, Albania and Turkey but is it right that he could play for England just because he's been in this country for five years?

No its not right but others do it, look at Germany.

I think he would be best to wait and play for England. His choice though if he feels more Albanian than Belguim or other way round then he should pick them, if hes not sure wait for England.
